Waitaki District Council eServices

Waitaki District Council has a range of electronic services (eServices) that you can use to access Council information and services.

From here you can:

  • Pay your Rates Account
  • Pay your Debtors Account
  • Pay your Water Meter Billing Account account
  • Pay an Infringement Notice, i.e. Parking Fine, Animal Control Fine, Freedom Camping Fine
  • Contact Council with some feedback, an enquiry or a request for service, for example to report a water leak, pothole or illegal rubbish dumping.

    By using this service you are accepting our terms and conditions.

    eService payments can be made using MasterCard or Visa.
    A credit card merchant fee of 2.00% applies to all eService payments.This is not a Council fee and is not collected by Council.
    Please note: Security restrictions mean that currently payments are only accepted from credit cards issued in the following countries

    • Keep visiting us as we are continually adding new information and services to the site, and the update of most content occurs in real time.
